We’re so excited to share something new with you.

This spring, we’re introducing Soul Sessions, a smaller, more intimate Soul Gathering experience designed for slowing down, warming up, and reconnecting.

These sessions are designed to give you time, time to arrive, settle into the space, and move at your own pace. Four hours to step away from the rush, sink into warmth, and truly relax. No pressure, no packed schedule, just space to slow down, unwind, and enjoy.

Each 4-hour session gives you access to four saunas, including the debut of our beautiful new horsebox sauna, Black Bear, as well as chill-out spaces, mini rituals, snacks, and a few special surprises along the way.

You can choose how you want to experience it:

Includes a 1-hour guided sauna ritual with an experienced sauna master
